Job Hunting (continued)

As the Winter progressed, I was thinking about packing up after graduation and heading to Cape Canaveral and finding a job in the space program. It was a period when the space program was just getting going and as an Electrical Engineer, I was sure I would be able to find a job. About this time we discovered that Winnie was pregnant, so we decided it would be best to take the job with American Can Company. It was not the time in our lives to go off on a new adventure.

In June we traded in the Galaxy for a brand new Ford Falcon. A small 4-door car that we thought would work better for our expecting family expansion. It was then on to Wisconsin for the next chapter in our lives.
